The first member of 1st family generation of Madelung's syndrome. Multiple lipomatosis on back of the body and myopathy in proper degree. Multiple surgeries with local anesthesia because of the myopathy. Sufferd from myopathy for years, last years could not walk or do anything at all.Died at age 72 years from pulmonary edema.

The second member of 1st family generation of Madelung dyndrome. Not so visible the lipomatosis in the neck. Suffered years of myopathy. The last year could not walk at all. Died at age 71 years from pulmonary edema.

The third member of 1st family generation of Madelung syndrome. Not so visible the lipomatosis in the neck. Suffered years of myopathy, last year could not walk at all. Died at age 75 from stroke -serebrovascular accident.

Multiple surgeries in the back the neck, at least 4, with local or general anesthesia. Suffered from myopathy for years, at least 6 years, the last years could not walk at all. Died at age of 72 from pulmonary edema.
