First member of the 2nd generation of family of Madelung syndrome. The lipomatosis appeared at age of 35 years old and the myopathy at age of 39. After multiple surgeries to remove tha fat in the neck, and when suffered years of myopathy dies at age of 54 from pulmonary edema and stroke. Lately when he gave sample of muscle for biopsy, the surgeon notice that the muscle was very thin.
